After a long wedding season in 2022, I went on a well needed vacation to the beautiful canary island Fuerteventura. I could not quite keep my fingers off a camera, so I shot 3 locals while I was there.
This is the first of three shoots. This is Maia. She works in a local shop that builds surfboard and is very good at surfing. This was her first time modeling, so I wanted to keep a theme that is close to her comfort zone. Surfing! So we decided to shot into the sunset using one of her boards as a prop. I think it worked very well and if I did not tell you this was her first time in front of a camera, you would not believe me!
